The standard care plan is £15 per month, beginning on day 31 after launch.
The first 30 days cover defects in the originally agreed work. The care plan is for small ongoing changes—not emergency recovery or guaranteed uptime.

Questions worth answering before a project starts.
What is included in each package?
Each package includes the listed base scope. Final deliverables, dates, exclusions, taxes, fees, and provider costs are confirmed in your written quotation.
Is the 50% deposit refundable?
The deposit reserves project capacity and covers work performed and committed costs. The signed agreement explains the fair cancellation calculation; it is not described as automatically non-refundable.
How many revisions are included during the build?
The Landing Page includes 2 build revision rounds, the Starter Website includes 3, and the Business Website includes 4. Build revisions are separate from care-plan micro-revisions.
When is the final balance due?
After you approve the website and before public launch, domain transfer, source-file handover, or administrator credentials are released, as set out in the agreement.
Who owns the completed website?
The written agreement defines each transfer or licence. Custom deliverables commonly transfer after full payment; pre-existing tools and third-party materials remain subject to their licences.
Who owns the domain?
Client-owned registration is recommended where agreed. The quotation and agreement identify the legal registrant and technical contact.
What happens after the first two domain years?
The client is responsible for renewal charges unless a separate management plan says otherwise. Renewal pricing can change.
How long does the professional mailbox last?
It remains available while the domain and related provider service remain active and the provider continues to include it.
What counts as a monthly micro-revision?
A small text replacement, image swap, contact-detail change, or minor style adjustment. The plan includes up to three, within 30 minutes combined work per billing month.
Do unused monthly revisions roll over?
No. Unused time and revisions expire at the end of each billing month.
Can you work with clients outside the Philippines?
Yes. EJB Creatives is operated from the Philippines and can work remotely with international clients, subject to a written quote and applicable requirements.
Can I pay in GBP?
GBP is the standard displayed price. Currency, payment method, taxes, transfer fees, and conversion arrangements are confirmed in the quotation.
Do you guarantee Google rankings or sales?
No. The work can support a strong foundation, but rankings, traffic, enquiries, sales, uptime, and third-party services cannot be guaranteed.
