No optional-cookie banner—because no optional cookies are enabled.
The basic static website does not intentionally set analytics, advertising, marketing, or embedded-media cookies.
This statement is accurate only while optional analytics, marketing, embeds, chat, and similar tools remain disabled. Final hosting and form behavior must be checked before launch.
What the site currently uses
The public pages are static. EJB Creatives has not configured analytics, advertising pixels, marketing tags, chat widgets, or non-essential embeds. Project enquiries are sent through the visitor’s own email service rather than an embedded website form.
Vercel and network infrastructure may process technical requests and logs according to their own terms, but this website does not intentionally place optional browser cookies for those purposes.
Why there is no consent banner
A banner that offers no real choice would be misleading. Because optional cookies are not enabled, the site does not show one.
If optional tools are added later
Before enabling analytics or marketing, EJB Creatives must update this notice and the Privacy Notice, list each tool or cookie and its provider, purpose, category, duration, and transfer information, and implement controls that:
- block optional tools until the required choice is recorded;
- make “Accept optional” and “Reject optional” equally prominent;
- offer granular control where purposes differ;
- avoid preselected options and dark patterns; and
- make changing or withdrawing a choice as easy as accepting.
