Draft for professional review
Website Terms
These visitor-facing terms are separate from the signed quotation, statement of work, client agreement, and care-plan agreement for any paid project.
When these terms apply: These visitor terms apply from publication. Project-specific payment, approval, and launch terms apply through the signed quotation and client agreement; the full balance is due before launch and handover. Complete the cancellation, liability, tax, and consumer-law clauses, record a publication/revision date, and obtain appropriate professional review before publication. Governing-law, venue, and project dispute terms belong in the signed client agreement.
1. Operator and scope
This website is operated by EJBCreatives Web Development Services, trading publicly asEJB Creatives, from 1909 Magallanes Street, Roxas City, Capiz, Philippines. Contact: contact@ejbcreatives.com. These terms govern use of the public website. Each paid project is governed by a separate signed quotation or statement of work and client agreement.
2. Lawful use
You may use the website to learn about services and submit genuine enquiries. You must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful material, scrape it abusively, impersonate another person, or use it unlawfully.
3. Content and intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website’s original text, visual design, and custom materials belong to EJB Creatives or its licensors. Brand marks and supplied client material remain owned by their respective owners. Open-source tools and third-party material remain subject to their licences.
Portfolio display does not transfer ownership. Client names, logos, screenshots, and results should appear only with permission. A project agreement identifies pre-existing tools, custom deliverables, third-party material, licences, and any transfer that takes effect after full payment.
4. Enquiries and quotations
An enquiry does not create a contract or reserve capacity. Availability, service scope, delivery dates, price, currency, taxes, fees, payment method, exclusions, assumptions, revision allowance, and quotation expiry are confirmed in writing. GBP display does not imply that the business is established in the United Kingdom.
International enquiries must identify the client country and whether the enquiry is business/organisational or individual-consumer. Mandatory foreign consumer, privacy, tax, or other rules may still apply where relevant.
5. Prices and payment overview
Package prices are base or starting prices for the stated base scope and must remain genuinely available for that scope. Projects typically use a 50% booking deposit before scheduling or development and a 50% balance after approval but before launch, domain transfer, source handover, or administrator-credential release.
The deposit reserves capacity and covers work performed and committed costs; it is not declared automatically non-refundable. The signed agreement explains cancellation, any fair calculation, and mandatory rights. Taxes, withholding documentation, processing charges, transfer fees, and currency conversion are confirmed in the quotation.
6. Domains, mailbox, hosting, and suppliers
Where included, a package covers registration of one agreed available domain for the first two years and one professional mailbox, subject to the registrar or provider’s current terms. Domain availability is not guaranteed until registration succeeds. The agreement identifies the registrant and technical contact.
The mailbox remains available only while the domain and related service remain active and the provider continues to include it. Unless a separate management plan states otherwise, the client is responsible for renewals after the included period. Supplier features, prices, service, and availability can change.
7. Website care
The standard care plan is £15 per month and begins on day 31 after launch. The first 30 days cover defects in the originally agreed work, not unlimited content changes. The paid plan includes up to three micro-revisions and no more than 30 minutes combined work per billing month.
Suitable changes include text replacements, image swaps, contact-detail changes, and small style adjustments. Unused time and revisions expire monthly. New pages, redesigns, features, copywriting, integrations, emergency recovery, and third-party costs are quoted separately. It is not an emergency or guaranteed-uptime service. Cancellation must be requested before the next billing date and is governed by the signed care-plan agreement.
8. No outcome guarantee
EJB Creatives does not guarantee search ranking, traffic, enquiries, sales, uninterrupted hosting, uptime, security, or uninterrupted third-party service. Dates may depend on timely client content, access, feedback, approvals, and supplier performance.
9. Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any permitted limitations, exclusions, remedies, and allocation of risk must be stated fairly in the signed agreement and reviewed for the countries and client types involved.
10. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice. You agree that project-related notices and records may be exchanged electronically, subject to applicable reliability, integrity, authentication, and formal requirements.
11. Changes
These website terms may change when services, providers, or legal requirements change. The updated effective date must be shown above. Changes do not silently replace the terms of an already signed client agreement.
